As the sun rose over the pixellated land, something about the sun seemed drastically different... it had turned a shade of deep red and cast an onimious shadow over everything in the land. A series of structures containing a large torch-like object had sprang up in a few different points around The Bitlands, waiting to be lit. And on the shores of the Tile Pool stood Black himself, staring into the water in total silence.

((Forgot to mention, continuation of this topic.))

Black looked up at LB and Ramona. He looked as if he hadn't slept in days, with his eyes looking as sullen as the dead.

"You two... should be preparing for battle. This has to be ended..."

Ramona wasn't alone. She was with Gaia, and Flare, and Ayana and Raka and even Miranda (and Ruffage). Koga and Lenore, however, were nowhere to be seen, and neither were the children.

In her hands, Gaia held a cord of a glowing material similar to that of her Eternal Shield.

Flare, fists on her hips, approached Black's other side...although she avoided his gaze, not wanting to be drawn into the solemnity of the moment.
"Balthazar might hate your guts, but Gaia's like his teacher's pet. And the Wailing Lord owes her for not harming him, so...She snuck some materials out of the Fissure of Woe."

"I'm going to bind your magical powers through your hands so you can't invoke the Searing. Eternal light crafted the chains of Abaddon; it can stop the others from forcing his fate on you."

Ocelot approached Black and the others, his hands shoved in his pockets and his bullet belt fully loaded. He cleared his throat, hating to interrupt such a charming family moment.

"... I may have overreacted before, comrade. I apologize - I know now that this is not your choice."

Black sighed and quit struggling against Gaia.

"Eternal light... I do not know how you managed to craft these binidngs, but use them, quickly..."

Gaia quickly forced the Eternal light into a sort of second skin over Black's hands, like Chaos Gloves.
"Here. This should hold...At least, until we can reason with the other gods not to unleash the Searing."

Black looked down at his bound hands and sighed once more. Upon attempting to conjure up a fireball, his hands merely smoked weakly.

"Well, looks like it worked... how the other Gods will take this, I am not sure."

Black looked down at the ground, the defeated look ever present on his face.

"Well, I know of a way that could prevent interfering by way of an ancient divine law... but it would put us back in pretty much the same position."
