Is there any reason to let people link to external websites?
Seems like people like to link to YouTube videos... which is kinda annoying. Maybe I should just limit links to digibutter links. |

I...don't really agree...
I mean yeah, I put a thing to my vid, but I couldn't really find something else PW related.
Maybe sense you don't like youtube being uploaded to you could disallow that, but sense the other ads advertise other sites, I don't see why we can't in the same place... |

This still leaves the question on some punk advertising into a virus.
That could be solved with a safety test on the link beforehand, if anyone is willing to put their computers on the line. |

It'd be the same as someone posting a link some where...
I guess, I'd check if anything downloads, but I couldn't tell if it was a VIRUS, sense I wouldn't get any windows viruses. |

I was thinking of using this feature to link to my art page... but it might be a better idea to change it to only digibutter links. It's just safer that way. |

Well, it's always possible to link to your post in digibutter, and then post a link to the Youtube video/art page/whatever in that post.
But, yeah, I would agree with restricting the link URLs. |

I thing it would be better to let people link to anything, unless you want them to only be advertising digibutter things. Making advertisements have to be approved could prevent people from linking to things you don't want them to. |
