You can get one at Malo Mart.
You can use them by selecting it under 'Use Item' when making a post. |

Buy one from Malo Mart for 20 coins. Then, at the bottom, right above Preview and Submit, you will see a Use Item box. Click it and choose Searchlight. Then, post. |
