Turnips are a hit or miss cash making scheme. Buy any amount on sundays from Joan the Hog, then sell them at Nook's strore for quick cash. How ever much he's paying for them will determine monies you pillage as a result. |

If I recall, in wild World there are also Red Turnips, which you grow. They sell for up too 50,000 bells each. |
