Many threads in Court became huge debates lastly, but I could even call most topic derailing, because they evade the purpose of judging a defendant, instead judging a rule (And sometimes, a different person).
If the guideline below gets set, it might help prevent future discussions on the wrong place. "If the rule is stupid, it doesn't change whether it was or not broken. Complaints can and will be heard elsewhere."
By the way, no, I am not trying to poke a big UR GUIOOTY LOLO into current trial topics that are going this way. I am thinking of this guideline based on generally what happens, not precisely what is going on. |
