Words fail to describe how I feel about the incident.
As for a punishment, I'd say he deserves a smack on the head(anything is up for use on this), and a nice padded cel in a mental ward for a nice long week. |

You guys need to think fore like seven-year-olds. A seven-year-old should be aboooooouuuuuut.... 1st or 2nd grade?
Sounds to me like he got dared, and called chicken by whatever second-grade bullies there are.
You NEVER get all the information. Maybe there wasn't a dare, and the mom, and dad just combine into horrible genes, or maybe the older brother dared him.
But what I'm saying is, he's a little kid. Anything could be possible. ANYTHING. |
