The raven-people grabbed Maria's arms, as well, and tried to force her to her knees. The crowd around Ocelot continued to hold him down, and both Sonora and her gun were quickly swept up by the malformed villagers.

Ami had been carried out of the topic...And Violet would suddenly feel dizzy as her magical mist turned blood-red, and she had wound up back in the middle of the raven-infested square.

"I don't think you're going anywhere."

Violet immediately searched around for the source of the voice in the midst of the blood-red mist.

Who are you, and what gives you the right to do this to the people of this village? And what are you doing to my magic?

Violet paced around the mist, seemingly wandering in circles and crisscrossing in lines, as if she were lost.

The mist vanished entirely, and suddenly, the raven-people drew away from the heroes...

...as the sound of something moving gently downwards through the air filled their ears.

Ocelot stood hastily, shaking the dirt off of his uniform as he surveyed the raven-people. He resisted the urge to jump right back at them in order to see what was moving towards them.

I quickly regained my footing, but was admittedly shaken from the encounter. I felt if this continued I would be in for some trouble...

The voice and soft whoosing noise belonged to a figure that was making a slow, spinning descent towards the rooftops of a nearby building. Pitch-black toeshoes, thin tights, a silken skirt ringed with a fringe of raven plumage, and a bodice that...well, looked like a cross between a binding strap and every man's dream chest. >_>;

The woman wearing all of this was ungodly slender and beautiful, with almost white skin and black hair culminating in a feather-like peak that curled over her head. Her lips and nails were red, eyes rimmed in dark violet makeup, and her eyes, when she opened them...seemed to singe a little of their souls away.

She finished her landing with one hand on her hip and the other poised above her head, as if waiting for one of them to offer her a dance.
"Princess Kraehe."

Violet stood there, contemplating where she had heard the name before for a moment before the realization hit her.

Dad told me all about you, demon. Something tells me he would want me to call you Queen Bitch of the Ravens for him.

Ocelot was shocked at seeing her again, a mixture between post-traumatic stress and utter embarrassment. He was stuttering madly, and beginning to sweat when he addressed her.

"Wh-What the f-*crag* are you doing here again, K-kraehe?!"

A sob and a scream suddenly broke through the tense silence. Elise, frantic, was being held back by a pair of raven-people...while another one passed baby Lila up to the black-clad Princess.
