LBP story mode expansions.

http://www.ps3fanboy.com/2008/10/30/littlebigplanet-will-get-more-developer-levels/

Quote:
As noted in our review, despite the fantastic level design for the stages packaged with the game in LittleBigPlanet, there just wasn't enough of them. It looks like Media Molecule agrees -- speaking to GamePro, associate producer Eric Fong confirmed what many suspected: more levels are coming, straight from Media Molecule themselves.

Regrettably though, Fong hinted that in-game weapons and power-ups won't make any future appearances. "In our opinion, the spirit of LittleBigPlanet was to "figure ways around obstacles" and less about blowing stuff up."

I HATE having to wait until Winter Break to get a PS3. But this is the first thing, alongside a few other games*strokes metaphorical beard*

I still haven't bought it.

LBP just isn't structured enough for my tastes.

I mean yes, it is a great tool for making and sharing levels, but that's just it.

It's a tool, not a game.

With all these great games coming out, I rather enjoy those while they are new instead of spending money on a static product that will most likely never show any sign of aging.

That isn't to say that LBP is bad, just different.

If you've only played the beta, yeah, it feels like a tool.

I don't understand how adding some new levels and tools is going to change that.

In fact, I know it won't.

The game is awesome as hell, but I have no idea why people are buying PS3s just for this one game.
