If that happens, everyone will just get pissed and yell modplot you know.
M'aiq just wants to have a normal not-screw-up-and-force-everybody-to-do-something party. Halloween may not have been the greatest choice for one to actually happen, though, since alot of people were busy with trick-or-treaters and the like. |

Modplot... Yech... I've always hated that word. It's so annoying. xD
I think I saw something in the rules that was added about shouting 'Modplot' in bad spirits. =P
But anyway, I'm not promoting that people be forced to take part in some sort of event. I don't think people should be forced to take a part in something if they're not interested. I'm just thinking out loud some ideas, though. I'd love an event-free party. I don't feel it's mandatory that we have some sort of site event going on in every party.
I think this stuff should be organized where people have more of a choice in how involved they are. |

M'aiq's only problem with "modplot" is that it's always a sudden kick in the balls. He thinks it'll just be a party and suddenly all hell breaks loose with no warning at all, and then it's a 90% chance of everything resting in the hands of those-who-frequent-RPOT(or the mods/Francis) while everyone else is either killed off or rejected. Just like in the real RPOT.
And when it's the mods, it sounds like it's a bunch of high school students reenacting Shakespeare, you can just tell that they pretty much wrote out a script for the whole event. |

Well, then, we should leave behind the "Modplot" legacy with a little reform in how this kind of stuff is executed, if it is again in future.
Like I mentioned, it shouldn't be forced on anyone. It can be a sort of surprise, but it shouldn't be forced on people.
The members (all of them) have a chance to get equally involved, or each involved in their own way, if they choose to.
I guess it could be difficult, but it's just a suggestion. |
