When an item says something like this what does it mean.
Super awesome Star: Users HP: -99
Does that mean if someone uses it that THEY lose 99HP or they can use it AGAINST someone else to make THEM lose 99HP? That's always confused me. |

It means that you can use it on yourself OR others to make them lose 99 HP. 99 damage is the most damage you can currently do, right now. |

oh ok thanks. I always wondered why someone would actually WANT to hit themselves with 99 damage lol. I didin't know it could be used on other ppl. Stupid me. Thanks for the answer. |
