A while ago, my parents bought a newer computer. Leaving this computer, for my dad. The newer one, for me and my sister.

He deleted everything we had, our accounts, all the shit we installed...

And it's all his.

Out of 177 GB, we have 122 GB free.

Even out of all this shit, this computer is shit slow. When we had all of me and my sisters shit, it was FAST. Now, this is, no joke, SLOWWWW. It TAKES like 4 minutes to LOAD ANYTHING and it PISSES ME OFF.

Any way I can fix it? Need more info?

search for cmd.exe, If you're running Vista, Run it with Admin privileges, Then type Defrag.exe, and do what it says.

Or, If you don't have admin privileges, Just search for Disk defragmenter and Disk Clean up. °Д°

Nah, you should only defragment your disk every month; I scheduled it to do that (on Vista you can).

Anyways, BOMB.
