Underage people, underage or not, can actually be highly intellectual compared to a person that isn't underage. It is simply a factor of maturity, which is more commonly found in older homo sapiens. Though those whom have lived for under thirteen 365 day increments may be found as childish on most occasions, a select few can have a large mass of maturity. |
