Frankly, I don't see why multiple spam groups is necessary. Keep S.L.O.O.P.Y. or The Dump and get rid of all the other ones. We don't need more than one. |

No, Popple. You can't end a topic you didn't make. Not against the rules, but you fundamentally can't.
Anyway, I'm against the Anime/Manga forum entirely. It would just waste space since animes and mangas are a form of Media, and should go in the Media forum.
