So here I am with my frosted mini wheats, with a guitar hero toy. Oh yes. Cutting open the package... it's a plastic guitar about 3 inches tall, black with sliver flames. I see 3 colored buttons, green red yellow down the neck. Theres a screen on the base, and below the screen a purple bar. lets turn it on. Where ever the thing's switch is.... I turn it on and the screen is filled with lots of crap, then it vanishes. Uhh... let's read the card board instructions. Apparently I have to hold it to my left, as there is no lefty switch options. Or an option menu. Or a menu. Looking to be MUCH worse then On tour. I'm holding it and ready. I'm gunna play it now. *plays*


REVIEW:

Here it is.

Gameplay: 1/10. WOW. no difficulty option, and four songs. That seems a little lacking after getting on tour's 84 tracks. It's the same, but to fail A song, you have to reach the end of the song. Theres no star power?!? what the hell?!?

Graphics. 1/10 no stage, just black and white. The frame rate is 2 per second, and... IT LOOKS LIKE A LED SCREEN!

Sound: 0/10
What sound?

Controlls: 1/10 my hand hurts, and the most annoying things is when the note is on the bar, I strum it, but it counts as a miss! WHAT THE HELL?!?

Replay value: 0/10
No replay value, because I never have wanted to play it in the first place.

Depth: 2/10. There is only 4 songs, and each is about 30 seconds, AND you cant pick the song, and all the songs are the same, just faster, AND you cant tell when you are on the next one, STILL, it has a rock meter and it has more depth then pong.

Loved:
Free cereal
Seriously, who DOESN'T like free frosted mini wheats.

Smaller guitar
Another good step, considering with all the guitar games, theres so much plastic fakers, it's good to have toned things down a notch

Portable
So you can take the game wherever you want, and it's pocket sized. If only they did this with the cereal.

Hated:
3 buttons/too easy
Theres really no challenge, and activision (or Kellogg’s, can't tell) really stepped it down a notch for the younger audience.

As soon as you play, it throws you right into the songs!

I miss singing and drums. It takes alot from the whole "music experience". Even though having no sound pretty much took away all the music experience possible.

I only give it a 9.5 out of ten because it came with free cereal. Sweet sweet sugar. Speaking of sugar, WHY THE HELL WASN'T "Pour some sugar on me" IN THIS?!? Def leppard is huge, and they haven't put them in yet! Maybe the song IS in the game, there’s just no sound.
