"The party... is over. For you, at least. As well as for anyone else who decided to come. Such as, for example..."
At this point, Spiny entered and was locked next to Kooparia.
"My new friend, Spiny here."
He looked at a large computer screen, showing a detailed map of the Fortress.
"Hm, small leak in the West wing. I should have a robot take care of that later. But for now,"
He turned to his captives.
"I suppose you're wondering why I brought you here?"

[Spiny]

*The opening in his mask was but a blank void.
He wasn't asleep, however.*
You could say that...

[Medikoopa]

((Captives. Captors are people who keep someone else prisoner.))

"Where am I?"

She was more awake now and starting to become distressed.

[Aggrieved]

((I knew that, ))

"You, my dear, are in the heart of the Shining Tower. It's not quite as prestigious as the outside part of it, but I enjoy being here a lot more.
"The reason that I have brought you here, is simply revenge. Revenge, for being ridiculed by those... those... BITLANDIANS." He spat out, becoming less sane by the second.

[Medikoopa]

"Then why bother abducting people and dragging them to... wherever in the castle this place is."

Confused, scared, and facing a madman... Life seems to be running its usual course for the Medikoopa.

[Spiny]

*His eyes opened, taking a red shade.*
Really? I thought it was just a standard robbery with a classy twist when you pointed that gun at me like a common mugger.

[Aggrieved]

"My products... I spent so much time and effort on some of the things that I made..."
Then, he suddenly sat back up as if nothing happened.
"Did you know that I've always wanted to be a writer? My father never approved of it though... said that I had no creativity..."

The computer showing the fortress began beeping in alarm, but the owner paid no attention.

[Medikoopa]

Kooparia blinked. She wondered what this had to do with her and Spiny's abduction.

[Spiny]

I take it someone ended up casting away your creation like dirt?

[Celest]

The large front door of the tower swung inward as Celest cautiously entered. She wore a forest green dress with silver trim, along with silver earrings and a forest green headband. "Sorry I'm late, this GPS broke and I got a bit lost..." she said.

[Aggrieved]

"So you wanna know what I did? Here's what I did...
I snuck into his room one night, and slit his *crag*ing throat. I never felt happier after that.

"So, I went on an started writing my first book, which was called, coincidentally, The Shining Tower. I spent ten years writing that, ten years of writing, and rewriting, and when I finally released it, do you want to know what happened?

"It failed. It received extremely low ratings from the Bitlands, and I was ashamed to show my face...

"So, to get rid of that, I wear this mask. And now, I swear to get revenge on every single citizen of the Bitlands by infecting you two, and soon all of the people of the lands, with the only thing that will make you apprecite me."

He held up a small bottle filled with a green liquid.
"I suppose you know what this is, don't you, Kooparia?" He asked.

[Medikoopa]

The Medikoopa recoiled and leaned against the back of her pod...thing.

"Stars above! NO! Not that! Please!"

[Aggrieved]

"Oh yes, this. Soon, everyone will be under my con-" An alarm flared.

"FOR GOD'S SAKES WHAT THE HELL IS IT?!" he yelled, turning to the screen. Shortly after, the power went down, plunging the room into darkness save for a few emergency lights.

Spiny would find that the bars that were originally holding him in place were now gone.

"...DAMNIT. THE WIRING OF THIS PLACE SUCKS." he shouted, forgetting about his prisoners.

[Medikoopa]

"The Nerr-Virus... Please don't..."

[Spiny]

*His eyes failed to falter from their red tone. He jumped out, and slowly took off his mask.*
