I think we should make it illigal to post links to free game sites.
(illigal games)
Like the post in the Cbox there was a link for a free download of
farcry3.
i dont think we should let them do it because something might
happen to digibutter. |

We generally don't post those kinds of things anyway. The closest you'll usually find outside of PMs is stuff relating to ROM hacking, which has nothing to do with downloading actual ROMs/ISOs, etc. |

The patch is completely useless without the ROM first. The ROM was not linked to, so if someone decides to find it themselves it is their own responsibility, not that of the person who posted the patch. |

The patcher is completely legal. The rom is only illegal if you do not rip the cartridge from a game, on your own, which there is no proof that none of them did. |

A. Everyone on this site is assumed to have a Mother 3 cart and knows how to rip a cartridge.
and B. The topic clearly did not encourage that one should download the patch along with the ROM itself. |
