You get it WHEN you buy the PS3, so no.
M'aiq could make a joke about desperation, but the PS3 has vastly improved since launch. Though, it still doesn't feel worth the $400 yet... |

Yep, thats how I got mine, except it was a 40GB. I didn't think they would do that deal again, guess I was wrong. $299 is a great price for a PS3. (I count it as $100 off because you can buy anything at Walmart, I think I bought gas with mine) |
