If a member is too much of a problem, Francis will ban them.
There is no need for there to be more than that. |

Terrible idea; it would be abused to a frightening extent. Plus, there may be some unjustly hated members that really haven't done anything wrong that may be banned.
Francis and the mods will continue to pass judgement based upon their interpretation of the rules; putting that sort of power in the hands of the rest of the community is a recipe for chaos. |
