Actually, many Japanese people have not accepted homosexuality. They see it as just something of fiction, since yaoi manga is very popular among women in Japan. However, if you ask one of the Japanese women that read yaoi, there is a good possibility that they will say that they are against homosexuality in real life.

Well, it happens. People are naturally scornful against those they think are outcasts.

I was like WTF ?!?! first, too. Whenever I used Vivians Abilöity in the game later I couldn't helöp but think "OMG Shadow *crag* !" Especially because he/she buts his/her hands on Marios waist, which means that - in case of being masculine a certein organ is at a caertin lace.

I don't have anything against gay people, lesbians or transsexuals. But to be fully honest I am kinda scared or freaked out by them, I accept them but I don't think I could be living with them if I didn't knew them.

He's not feminine at all. He wears no shirt for Christ's sake. That's not very girly.

Possibly because she's a ghost and doesn't need a shirt?

Anyway, like almost everyone else, my opinion is that both is right, if you're playing the Japanese version, he's a guy, if you play the American/European version, she's a girl. Since I've only played the American version, she's a girl for me.
