The armor contains a fraction of the essence of those who have worn it, meaning that anyone who puts on the suit will gain knowledge of things that happened in the distant past. Abit like a wearable Matrix of Leadership, there is only one suit of armor like this, and it is passed on to the head guard of the Gemstone Kingdom. However, the true power of the armor can only be unlocked by those who possess a sense of tranquility and innocence. (The latter is measured by not the lack of blood spilled, but the willingness to do so.)
Those who are given the suit are overall an embodiment of order to battle the chaos that plagues the world in it's many forms.

The user is able to call forth the (large but effective) Geode Blade, a sword that few can weild without problems.

The shoulder plates on the armor can turn into a pair of wings, the color and elemental property of the razor sharp feathers changing with the wearer's origin.(Green=Emerald City, Blue=Sapphire Ocean etc.)
So far, only two brave warriors have been worthy of it, and a third one has been forseen by oracles across the land.

There is a grave price for wearing this for too long. Some say that the knowledge of past warriors will cause the current head guard to go insane, losing track of his own identity.

You're getting a hell of a lot better at this, but IMHO, every single chunk of color separated by black lines needs at least some shading. I like the glare on the head/wing, though.

The green part of the wings really stand out because they have no shading... I don't know if that was what you were going for though.
