I tried running it normally, and running as administrator, but either way, when it says connecting to ArenaNet, it stays at 0%. It's been doing this for about a month now, and it's getting really annoying. D: |

re-install it? And btw, the more active [PLX] members are part of another guild now.
It also seems like your computer has a ton of problems. Get a professional to fix it. |

Send your computer in for service. From what it used to sound like, your computer had (or still has) problems.I'm not gonna report this as a necropost and all, since you actually need help. |

That's a likely reason why it won't let Guild Wars run. Just send your computer for service or get Norton 360 or some good Virus Protection software. |

Use Ad-Aware to Quarantine the virus, but not delete it. You then can set it free as you wish, I believe. |
