The linework's a tad sloppy, but overall it's great. I love the shading on Kirby's body in particular. |

It's epic, except for the lettering. I know, you said to ignore it, but hot damn, it's goopy looking, haha.
But! Ahem! Kirby looks sweet. Great shading, and it does look like he copied Goombella.  |

The only real flaw I notice is that the bottom of Goombella's hat looks a bit...sloppy, to be specific, I'm talking about how it 'flops' near the right eyebrow. Besides that, it's an excellent picture. |

But seriously Petey, that is an awesome drawing. Definitely good enough for Creation of the Week.
Now that I think about it, Kirby does have a certain reseblance to paper Goombas. Maybe the same guy that drew Kirby drew the basic design for Goombas in Paper Mario?

My only criticism is that the hat looks a bit floppy, like it's made of a soft material instead of being a hard hat. It would look better if the shape wasn't so lopsided.
Other than that, it's good. |
