I dunno, I think that'd be neat. | Religion
should not be

like this. | Christmas is. |
Christmas has diverted from the observing of Jesus' birth into a day of presents. | Yup. And Christmas Day is my Birthday, so, well... |
You get double the presents... That must be cool if it happens. | You don't get double presents. You get the same as everyone else does on Christmas, the parents just tell you that half is for Christmas, half is for your birthday. |

Christmas has diverted from the observing of Jesus' birth into a day of presents. | Some people are still religious about it. Does that mean we shouldn't do it at all? | wtf last year we had a christmas event, why are you complaining now? | Because people are complaining about other idealisms. All I said was it might be a valid idea to have a little blurb about holidays throughout the month and I started getting harped on about religion. |

We're not off-topic. You're just upset because we're arguing in one of your topics, preventing you from gaining supporters for your idea. Anyway, I accept the idea of a countdown for holidays, but it has to include ALL holidays in order to be fair to all religions. Either that, or just say "Happy Holidays" around the time each of those holidays start. |

Maybe a Merry christmas, and a happy Chaunika...or how ever you spell that no spell check, but "Happy holidays" is... just no-ish.
Or as Cherry said, a timer you can set. |

Why the hell do people say happy holidays? Christmas isn't the only holiday. |
