No, topic title has nothing to do with the way I speak. I just felt the need to say that.
Anyway, hello everybody. I'm Espeorb, my blog is at http://espeorb.wordpress.com, and I like game, technology and geeky things in general. I found this forum and site after beating the Fort Francis level of Super Paper Mario, and thought "you know, there should really be a REAL digibutter.nerr site". Google it, and here it is. No, images work, but new users start out without the ability to post images directly as protective measures. You can still have an avatar, however. If you stay, you'll be able to post images in no time. |

Ah, okay, I see, then. I can easily see how that would be a good idea based on experience with forums in general, especially budding ones (which this is, in fact, not. I will not give any specifics as to my experiences with these crudhole newbie forums) Thanks for the info.
Also, for some reason, it seems to be a trend/meme/longlasting fad on here to have avatars of various thing flipping horizontally with silly faces on them. Mind informing me of how, exactly, this absurd (though hilarious) thing got started? |

M'aiq the Liar, a well-known member here in the butt, started making avatars for the first party the site had, back in 2006.
At first, they had flashing colors, which caused a seizure-prone member (at the time) to, well, have a seizure. He took away the flashing aspect and just made them flippy funny-faced animations.
And they've been sort of a tradition since.
But enough history lessons, welcome to digibutter.nerr, a place to let your inner nerd go wild.
