Accuracies from what I see.
Master Roshi is still a (somewhat) unexpected badass.
Capsule Corp stuff is pretty faithful.
Piccolo sounds like the FUNimation dub version.
The Dragonballs look like they should.
They still have the drawn out Kamehameha shout.
Goku's hair is abnormally spikey.
People spitting on the concept of gravity.

Master Roshi looks too young and what's with the Bulma(?) clone?

I think it might be no more than a decent movie.
