My reasons are implied in the following page.

And now you understand why this is absolutely NEEDED.

By the way, if this request were made, then we would be able to prevent the fact that this topic is going to be locked.

This topic was destroyed by a lack of imagination and excitement not from any inappropriate users. I only saw people acting in character in that topic

I agree, somewhat.

If in example someone is "OmighodImmatigerz" in a topic that it wouldn't make sense in...

You should have the right to make them get out.

Absolutely not. Everyone has the same equal right to view and participate in a discussion... Giving people the option to ban others, no matter what the circumstances or extent, can only end in catastrophe.

Supported. Some fools just like to ruin fun for others, and we have a right to stop it.

Supported, but under conditions.
The topic creator should not just be able to ban someone for absolutely no reason, instead he or she must give a good reason for ejecting the person.

I know this sounds stupid, but I think the person that is going to be banned must have posted in the topic at least once. This means that they have one chance to make a not-shitty post.

How would it automatically know if it was spam? Anyone that posted more than once would be eligible to be kicked from the topic...

Along with the above suggestions, I believe at least three people who have posted in the topic, including the topic creator, should have to aprove. That or a mod. That way you can't block someone for no reason. And when a person is ben'd banned, they can still view the topic.

Yes. It'll be like reporting, just done with the topic creator. They request a ban with a reason, the mods approve/disapprove, and bam. That person's either banned or not banned.
