I believe people should no be able to post in their own court topics or vote for this matter. It would make it a true trial by jury and they would not be affected by their own opinions or such. Now of course mods have the final say but people are always trying to defend themselves when they should be bringing that up elsewhere(pms). I'm just saying in a real trial a defendant isn't in a jury.

No. People defend themselves when they think they are innocent, not to spam. I don't think you know the first thing about the Court. The system is perfectly fine the way it is.
Except that mods should be able to change their vote, for example, if they voted guilty before the defending post was made, they should be able to choose not guilty if the post changed their mind. |
