Tonight I heard groaning. Like the fake zombie SFX in shows and stuff, but it's wasn't like a sound effect, it was like... As if I was inside of a hungry monster. It's scary as hell, and I think I just shat my pants.

OK. Another event occured, meaning we should move from step 3B to 4.
Step 4. Look for none-supernatural explanations. I know how real it might've sounded, but under the right circumstances even common stuff can become scary. As soon as your calculator's in a different place, it's the ghosts. Don't fall for that, misplacement of objects can happen in so many ways.
I don't mean to scare you, but carbon mono-oxide is often a cause of hallucination. Check every possible place where chemicals and so might escape into rooms.
If it cannot be chemicals, talk to those who live in your house. Anything suspicious at all? If so, let them help you find explanations. If not, keep one of them near you at all times ( especially "spooky" times, like when it's dark ) so they cannot miss anything scary.
Step 5, A. One aforementioned way or another, you found that the problem had to do with your housemates or with chemicals or your state of health. The problem's clear, and can easily be solved. End of case.
Step 5, B. You cannot find any explanation whatsoever. Three is a good number, so wait for the third event; two weird events can happen, but a third would take the cake. From there, we'll go to step 6. |

Oh my frikken god this is scaring the living shit out of me! DX
All throughout last night I was hearing the groaning. All over the house, no matter where I went. Then, I heard some more things, like more footsteps when everyone was asleep, metal clunking from in the bathroom, etc. I also heard someone say my name, but it wasn't like speaking, it was more like someone breathing my name into my ear. It sounded like Azula, from Avatar, in the scene where she and Iroh are dragons, and Zuko is Fire Lord (which turns out to be a dream). And I'm not sure if this is related, but our toilet was clogged, but no one used it today. They tried to flush it o see if it would go down, but he water flooded my bathroom, and water started coming out of our light fixture, in out foyer. |

I went down the stairs...
Lights were off...
Went in the bathroom... (I actually pissed the bed for some reason)
Put my hand on the light switch...
Flipped it...
Lights... TURNED ON FOR A HALF A SECOND THEN ALL THE LIGHTS IN THE APARTMENT COMPLEX SHUT OFF.
And... MOANING STARTED.
AND I HAD A SORE THROAT UNTIL...
My uncle brought me to my great aunt...
And she made me lay down...
And she lit a candle under a plate and something formed...
And she said "oh, I know what you did now"...
...
Yeah, so what. Just use your imagination on what I did in the bathroom lulz...
It still freaked me the hell out.
