Hello digibutter. I'm in need of some Hi-Technicaaal! support.

I just got a new computer today and I've encountered two problems

1. Crazy mom decided to not make me Admin --> I need to hack it

2. I also got a new D-Link Router and my ddl speed dropped from 500kbps to 'round 70kbps

If you can solve these problems, you're a saint.

Well for the second one, all firewalls and stuff are down. Perhaps it's my ports? But I don't know anything about ports.

I'd put your firewalls back up if I were you. And I'm not sure about ports either, I think you should get a better router.
