Which do YOU prefer hearing and/or saying?

I personally prefer Christmas, because, that's what the holiday has always been called, and why the hell should we change it because some people are offended it relates to a religious holiday as well? How about we change the name of Easter then? Or Chanukah?

It's all so...stupid.

"Merry Christams"?

Well, the majority of the people I know celebrate 'Christmas', and give out 'Christmas Cards', so I just say 'Merry Christmas'.
Or, like, nothing at all.

I say "Merry Christmas!". Anyone who is offended by someone trying to spread cheer and making a mistake of religion (after all, you can't make a religious judgment based on appearance) is an idiot.

I say "Happy Holidays" more often now, because I once made the mistake of saying "Merry Christmas" to a very religious man who was not Christian, and he went off on me. Funny thing is, I'm not Christian either. I don't follow a particular religion, I just grew up with Merry Christmas.

Anywho, Happy Holidays for me.

Merry Christmas, because that's the whole reason there is a holiday break in the first place. Hanukkah isn't even the main Jewish Holiday. (According to every single one of all 30 or so of my Jewish friends.)

I'm a Christmas guy myself, and most of my friends either celebrate Christmas or nothing around this time of year, I say Merry Christmas. Honestly, if people are so offended by Christmas, why not just ignore it or tolerate it?

Merry Christmas sound better than Happy Holidays. Even if you say the former with a monotone voice, and the latter with a really enthusiastic one.

Merry Christmas. Christmas is already secular, so there's absolutely nothing politically incorrect about it.

Happy Holidays, but only because 1, I don't want to offend non-Christians, and two, my cousin got detention for saying merry Christmas to a Jewish teacher. .-.;

Anyone I say it to should be happy I even took the time to say it. >>

I prefer "Merry Christmas" because that is what I have been using my whole life. My title says "Happy Holidays" because I did not want to offend anyone when I have recently joined.

On the Internet I don't really care.

In real life I punch them in the face, rip it off, then eat it when they say "merry Christmas" to me. Fo' rizzles.

I say Merry Christmas, and laugh at anyone who gets offended.
