...that didn't involve one of Nintendo's big characters?(No Mario 64s, Smash Bros, or Majora's Masks please)
For me, I'd have to say Perfect Dark. In my opinion, it's the best FPS that came out in the N64/PS1 era, and it was a game I could easily play all day long without feeling bored just because of all the bot and character options you could mess with, as well as the immense fun that came with capturing briefcases. There were so many guns in that game that it was always a challenge just picking the 5 I wanted to use every match. |

Banjo Tooie. Hands down. Unless you consider Banjo a major Nintendo character since Nintendo owned Rare. Still, they didn't own Banjo. |

Goldeneye 007. So many memories of playing it with friends, and pretty much the first FPS I ever played. |

Banjo-Kazooie, hands down. There's nothing from that generation not made by Rare that even comes remotely close, and Tooie just had too much backtracking to be as much of a classic as Kazooie. Wonderful, wonderful game. |

Oh, and same answer as Frozen, I liked both 64 and Hero, but Hero sticks out a bit more as my top favorite for me(only because I played it longer and lost 64 ;; )...

I'd have to say Banjo-Kazooie. I never played it until the recent Xbox Live Arcade port, but it has to be one of the most fun pointless collecting games I've ever played. |

why do you think he added that last part?
either way, Larry, you're going against the entire point of the topic. if you don't have one that fits the criteria, don't post. otherwise you just look like an ass. |
