He has a point. Two minutes is far too little of a timespan to repeat your post. If the defendant had been more patient, and waited about six or seven minutes more and posted that, it wouldn't be spam. |

Yes, but remember. She posted to answer someone who was commenting on her work, not someone asking for something. The least she could've done, was to post a reply to his post right away, stating that she would make it, and that it requires time to do so. Had she done that, he wouldn't have believed that he was being ignored. He has a history of being ignored so I do believe that he wanted to make sure his voice was heard. Not Guilty. |
