For me, I'd have to say Wario: Master of Disguise and Pokemon Trozei. Two of the most fun and addicting DS games ever made. I still don't see why nobody ever buys Wario: MoD. It's a great game with a lot of funny moments. |

Skies of Arcadia/SoA Legends. The plot was full of cliches, but it was fun and the ship-ship battles were insanely good. |

I'm not sure if it's considered under appreciated, but Golden Sun and its sequel. I can't place my finger on why they were so good, maybe the Djinni system? |

...are we making a difference between "underappreciated" and "cult classic"? I'd call Luigi's Mansion and FF9 underappreciated (disliked by their own respective fanbases for the most part), but would call, say, Skies of Arcadia, Disgaea, and Conker's Bad Fur Day cult classics (games with a lot of praise but not incredibly well-known).
Going by the first, I'll give the nod to Super Paper Mario, which had a rather lukewarm reception and has, thus far, begun attracting attention as the worst of the Mario RPG's. For cult classics, CBFD FTW. |

I'd have to say Mario Hoops 3 on 3. I rarely hear anything about that awesome DS game. It's the only Mario Sports game I've ever personally enjoyed... And, dare I say, it's actually... FUN, unlike a lot of more recent games. |
