...Golden sun's final boss Saturos and Menardi followed by Fusion Dragon is really quite hard if you haven't fought them before...
...Golden Sun is one RPG where leveling up really doesn't buy it with the bosses, unless your like 30 levels above what you're supposed to be...
...and actually the secret boss(es) are jokes in Golden Sun...
...because you have to get all of the djinn to get to them, and having like 5 or 6 djinn per person is ridiculous...

Colette is overpowered as shit, making Abyssion insanely easy to solo as her.
Abyssion is a bid hard without Collete though, but he still isn't ridiculously hard. |

I'd also consider Seymour Flux and Yunalesca to be pretty hard. The former's attacks were actually magical, and most people would fail to put up Shell quickly enough. But with enough luck, timing, and Aeon meat shields, I beat him.
The latter was rather hard. I used Reflect+a quick Hastega to get me through the first phase, and I'd just hope I'd make it through the second phase and last till Mega Death and then wipe her in the 3rd phase. |

Ohhh man, I remember those two. They (and Jecht) were the only bosses I didn't absolutely steamroller within the first five minutes. D: |
