Well, since I got a tablet for Xmas, I may as well draw something with it.



Don't bother pointing out the glaringly obvious plx. I realise it looks like it was born 'special'. I can see that. But I'd like to know, how could I get the colours more natural looking (on the facial features)? [/toomuchfirstperson]

I think it looks good. It really doesn't look like a 2-year-old's work, it looks like a great new art style. I swear I'm not kidding.

But to answer your question, you could blend to colors together more, so it looks like different amounts of light, instead of choppy shading.

The thing wrong with the shading is that the shades just go in a straight line and don't flow with how the body works. And you might want to work on making a defined light source in your drawings. It always helps me to draw a little sun in my picture. :D
