The theme is something to change! I think it's pretty easy, but that's just me.
I'll try to pick the winner on Wednesday, but you all know how much I fail at doing what I say.... so yeah.

Both of the pictures here.
They represent change, technically.
The first represents change in the WCC's normal attitude, while the second shows a change in the leader of City 17. |
