It's called Microsoft Paint! I really believe I can improve on my art skills with this program- look! I drew Thunder!

Is it something you have to spend a zillion dollars on, like Photoshop or Maya? I hope not. Looking at that picture is making me so jealous it's not even funny. I wanna use this thing. |
