I disagree. I find it to be a genuinely funny and artistically pleasing show that differentiates itself from today's mindless shit that clogs mainstream media by being distinguished, logical and having staff that said "Just because we're a cartoon doesn't mean we can't be good."
I am a member of Avatar's perophery demographic and proud of it.
The last Agni Kai scene was a beautiful mix of stunning visuals brilliant contrasts, opposing colors used to maximum effect), an epic soundtrack (the petition for a soundtrack release has reached hundreds over hundreds of subscriptions) and actual martial arts - they consult Sifu's of different styles to actually get the motions right. |
