Here's my idea.
Other people can vote in court topics as well.
However, A post count limit would be in order. 8000 posts perhaps, then you can be in the jury!
I know what your thinking.
"but den the peple wil go all oh look its someone who i think is cool ill vote not gilty then it wont be fair"
But can't mods vote Not-Guilty for their friends as well? |

Look at the memberlist and see how many more people would be added due to the 8K post thing. You're talking the majority of the currently active community, some of which would obviously be bad for voting situations, as they are the types of people who always vote guilty or not guilty without looking at the topic. The mods are unbiased. They only react to reported posts. The "Similar post wasn't struck" and "I fail to see *x crime* here" excuses no longer work because they do not back up anything. Do you really want popular members to be able to get out of everything? The ability to outvote everyone else with not guilty votes will be staggering. In other words, your idea is dependent on the idea that Digi is unbiased. Unfortunately for you, this is hardly the case. Idea rejected. *Dhaos Lasers your post* |
