Depends, really.
When I'm just waking up and having my first cup of the day, it HAS to be black. I cannot eat sweet things first thing in the morning. Period.
When I've just gotten home after a long day, I'll still usually drink it black, but sometimes I feel like adding a bit of milk or cocoa powder. If there's cold coffee left over from the morning, I might make an iced mocha out of it.
When I'm going out to a coffee place, I usually order something difficult to pronounce, since I don't get to often.
I drink black coffee the most though, so I voted for that. |

I know I'm gonna get spawnkill'd for saying this, but...
Since I'm under 18 (17 to be exact!), I am *supposedly* allergic to coffee. Iced tea and/or soda for the win!
And something that seems to be true, but not linked to my age... I also seem to be allergic to tobacco. Whenever I smell someone smoking, I almost can't breathe, or I at least start involuntarily coughing.

I rarely drink coffee (it doesn't wake me up or effect me in any way), but I like it black the best.
Also, I like dunking oreos in black coffee sometimes... |

I prefer tea to coffee by a long shot, but when I do get coffee it is usually a Frappucino/Coolatta/some other very sugary milky coffee beverage. |

Depends on what I feel like. I'll take my coffee black if it's brewed correctly; I hate it when it's too watery, though. I'll take cream and sugar from time to time, but I can't stand the really sweet stuff. I like the fancy variations served in coffee shops, too.
