Some things about him:
1. He's not the bravest or strongest person ever
2. His zanpakuto heals, or at least until it hits its power mode, which takes a while.
3. He prefers to talk instead of fighting.
4. He's a medic.
5. From squad 4. So he's use to cleaning up.
