Multiple offenses should not be followed just by strikes. If someone frequently breaks the rules and has a long record, they shouldn't be jailed or fined. They should be banned. Of course, it wouldn't be "YOU SPAMMED B&" right away - they would be warned that they were dangerously close to being banned. If they still break the rules, then I think it's Francis's privilege to boot them the *crag* out. |

But at the same time everyone else on the forum flips the *crag* out at the slightest hint of spam

Jail Keys are virtually the same thing. OH LOOK, YOU CAN COMMUNICATE SLIGHTLY WITH CERTAIN RULE BREAKERS, AND WHINE TO THE MODS. |

Not good enough. Jail is hardly viewed as a capitol punishment anymore, and a complete track record of offenses shouldn't be ignored. |
