Ice was surrounded by about 1000 shards all made of what was his icy armor, and when he finished shouting the shards zoomed towards a target from many directions.

712 icy shards pierced the target.

(He can do certain attacks likes this. One of them is 100 Icy Shards, but 1000 Icy Shards of Death is one of his finishing moves which usually kills it's target.)
