Alcohol only slows your reflexes. And what happens when you pirates get separated? Us ninjas can work fine in groups, we just choose not to.

Lets see most of the shows that had a bunch of ninjas fighting one guy the ninjas lost.

Ninjas are horrible fighters when they fight in groups.

Even Marker Magikoopa agrees.

Fool. Those aren't real ninjas. Real ninjas wouldn't be so stupid as to show themselves in the open. Real ninjas would wait until the target is distracted, then kill him before he had a chance to react.
