A roar would be heard from the clouds above, then, a voice.

"This crystal is neither of yours!"

[BAMFing ARCHER]

Enuo attempted to maintain his firm grip on the crystal, guarding it with both a protective barrier, and a wall of flame. "Very well, but you will succumb to my might!"

Meanwhile, both Bartz and Cecil got back onto their feet.

"We shall see whose might is mightier..."

A long, snake-like dragon flew down from the high clouds. It was as white and shiny as the crystal, as if the two were made from the same substance. It cioled itself around the crystal, passing through both the barrier and the wall of flames.

"Put down these protective barriers. They shall do nothing but obscure you during this final trial."

[BAMFing ARCHER]

"Hmph, very well then." said Enuo, removing the barriers. Then, a chrome plate appeared. Familliar, no?

Cecil got into a defensive stance.

Bartz class-changed into a Mimic, and began to copy Enuo's actions. Not exactly the best thing you'd want to do, mind you.

[Lord Vaati]

Ice increased the size of his ice armor as he entered a defensive stance.

"Wonderful... Now, let us begin."

The dragon blew it's cold breath on all four of them, only strong enough to blow them into their own sections. From there, four barriers were brought up, seperating the four from each other. And with those four barriers came another one surrounding the crystal and dragon.

"This final trial is designed to see how well you can work together with other random people. Behind each of you is a lever. Each lever will lower a part of my barrier, allowing one of you to attack. Note that every time you release the lever, the barrier it disables will be changed. No two levers shall disable one barrier at the same time. After a lever has been pulled down and released five times, penalties in the form of monsters shall be given to the person who pulled and released on the sixth. Each time it is pulled and released afterwards, a stronger monster appears. Also note that if a lever is held for too long, it will send electricity through it to shock you.

Your only communication is your voice. Your objective if to try and defeat me. This battle shall be in three stages, each stage shall take place in different areas.

And, begin."

[BAMFing ARCHER]

"Bartz, I'll pull the lever as soon as you're ready."

"Roger that, captain." he said, nearly completing the spell.

"Ohoho...this shall be interesting," said Enuo, maintaining the spell's completion.

[Lord Vaati]

Ice readied a few large shards of ice.

"Ready when you are."

The dragon waited for the first attack.

Cecil yanked down on his lever.

And down went the part of the barrier facing [roll=4]

"Icy Flames!"

Suddenly the shards melted and Icy fired a cone of icy looking flames at the dragon.

The dragon took the attack, protecting the crystal from harm.

Ice continued his attack as his armor began to melt and his body began to turn to steam.

The dragon began the electrical flow to Cecil's switch, electrifying him.
