@yourself - Because it's a cartoon and characters with normal design qualities suck and I never want any two characters of mine to even have the same head shape
@Petey - The lines don't look so messy! The coloring is though lol. |

The lines are fine, the coloring is just a little too blurry.
And if you want to study anatomy, http://www.posemaniacs.com/ is pretty useful. I doubt you'd use it for realistic stuff, but it still helps even when you're doing cartoons. (: |
