Maybe for your first name change, it should be a week. Now if you want another name change, it should add up a week, (2nd name change 2 weeks, and on...)

Or maybe the other way around? You start out with, say, 3 weeks. Then next change, 3 weeks. Then, 2. Then, 2. And from there on, always 1.
