So, Francis, I think we agree that people dislike being forced, and that rapid changes upset the populace. Coinsink,s a limit and a bot that redistributed money from the arcade and non-user shops is in order, I guess. Either we completely dismantle the "post and you get coins" feature, and then when we're within the limit also dismantle the coinsinks, or -the idea which I favor, as it involves less change and merely tweaks the economy in order to gently force a flow - install the Glitz Pit and Golden Saucer as coinsinks and attraction (maybe with a new battle system ? I'm not up to date on the progress.) and go to the necessary measures to get an economic flow.

An economy is like a circulatory system. If it stops, you're dead. The heart must beat, the organs must get blood, and they have to do their turn to do something with this blood - enrich it, redirect it, purify it, whatever. Not the best of analogies, but I'm 8 AM. *tired*

Since this has Francis' attention, I don't need to PM this to anyone, at least.

Well, now that I've promised to try to be a bit nicer, let's see what I can do...

You definitely have the people's opinions in mind. As long as it's not a change that's forced upon and is simply an option if you want to waste coins, then I'm good for it. I just don't like the idea of forcibly changing things...and I generally don't like new ideas, so I have a bit of a bias at times. You've certainly proved better than others with your ability to change your ideas while not getting walked over. This idea has officially gotten the Kaiba seal of approval.

By thw way, what would be awesome if we could have a big epically shiny animated coin under our username and an Earthbound-esque odometer nect to it that, e.g. goes up in the "Message sent !" window, goes down when we buy something or are fined, etc. To sort of go "Hey guys, I'm an economy. Wanna play ?"
