For most people, listening to music means something epic, magical, etc.
However, with different styles and kinds of music, come different feelings. So, what feelings do you tend to get when listening to certain kinds of music?
Myself, I've been listening to a lot of rock recently, and well, the most intense ones make me feel... Free. Most of the time, in real life, I feel extremely powerless because I suck at being helped, and suck at finding solutions to my problems. However, when I'm at home, doing something I enjoy without anybody to bother... Rock makes me feel powerful. It makes me feel free from all those everyday troubles, for an amount of minutes at least. Maybe it's because of the wild intensity most songs have, either in the rhythm, the lyrics, or both. |

I mostly like rock in all forms but metal. Can't stand that. Also video game music. |
