This is an RPG Maker XP game that's been in the works for quite some time, and it was just released a few days ago. It's already one of the best RM games out there. It has a lot of custom artwork, including some impressive battle graphics and portraits. The music is thanklessly thieved from games such as Xenogears and Chrono Trigger.
Also try Last Scenario by the same guy. It isn't as good, but it's still a great game. ФֻФ
EDIT: To elaborate on this a little more, it's an RMXP game that HEAVILY edits the battle system to make it pseudo-tactical. The combat is incredibly fun, making this game more addicting than a lot of commercial games- and it's full, free, and long as hell. Seriously, play this game.

Well, it's not really bad that music was stolen from Xenogears, cuz Xenogears had a damn good soundtrack. |
